The EUFA initiative provides the students with a real life version of the selection procedure of a film festival, which is very exciting. As such, it is a valuable addition to the film festival and programming theory and literature my students are discussing in class this year. Lastly, the possiblility to be a delegate on the selection committee and go to Hamburg is, of course, the icing on the cake.
